Meet Niamh Brangwyn

I'm Niamh,
A Pilates and Flexibility Coach with 6+ years of teaching experience - most of it in clinical and rehab settings - and recognised as a Pilates expert by WellnessPulse, an evidence-based health and wellness publication.
I came to this work through my own body. After a back injury, I spent years finding my way back - and through that journey, I learned what intelligent, sustainable movement really looks like.
My teaching is intentional, whole-body, and nervous-system aware. You'll always understand what we're doing and why.
My clients' success is something I hold close to my heart.
In a world of Pilates trends and questionable training, my clients can always trust that they're safe and supported in my care.

Most platforms hand you rotating instructors and generic content. Much of what's sold as Pilates today is closer to bootcamp than the practice itself. What I teach is different - refined over six years in clinical and rehab settings. One teacher, one intentional method, and a sustainable practice built to support you for life. With the flexibility of live or on-demand.
If your pain is mild, yes - this practice will support you. If you're living with persistent low back pain that's affecting your daily life, my 12-week Back Freedom Program is where you belong - built specifically for your recovery. If you're in severe or acute pain that hasn't been assessed by a medical professional, please get checked first.
Yes - my sessions teach a movement system, not a one-size-fits-all approach. You'll begin from where your body is now, not where you think it should be. Steady progress always wins.
Flexibility isn't a prerequisite - it's the outcome. Most members start stiff and notice real changes within weeks. That's exactly what this practice is built to do.
Yes. Every session includes clear explanations of what we're doing and why, with modifications for every level. You'll learn the practice properly and begin to understand what your body needs.
No. Most members do two or three live classes per week and use the on-demand library for the rest. Consistency matters more than frequency - two classes done well will move you much further than five done sporadically.
